I have an older wooden (mid) distance sled for sale. Ended up not being able to use it. I paid $600 for it. Will take $500 (need the money). It has a claw brake and is built to last. Also, I have a really well built marine grade type dog box. 10 hole. This thing is gonna last forever. Have repainted part of it. It has heart shape openings on the doors. I don't have a pic of it right now, but can see about getting some if requested.

Kennel Sell Out - Finances and lack of handler forces me to sell my mid-long distance racing team. 16 dogs ages 1-8 Osmar, Seavy, Boulding, Ryan Reddington lines, three leaders. I have found rec homes for non-competitive dogs. Dogs have raced every year including Gin Gin 200, Tustumena 100, Tiaga 300, Don Bowers 200, Knik 200, Nome Sign and Tug 120. 1st place two years in a row on the Tug 120, second place last year, 3rd place in Tustumena 100 last year, multiple fifth place and one 7th place finish in other races. Several dogs have finished Quest, Jr. Iditarod and Iditarod when leased to other kennels, including my main leader who lead in a top 10 Quest team two years ago. Dogs currently have over 1200 miles on most of them including this year's Knik 200 finish. Six very nice yearlings, with around 500 miles on them, two of which started and finished the K-200 last weekend. The price is $2000.00 firm for all the dogs. I will not be selling them seperatley.
This is a ready to go team for someone who needs experienced, trained dogs, or a great addtion to a kennel who is needing extra miled up dogs for Iditarod this year. Also available for dirt cheap are harness, various gear and a dog box on a trailer.

3 Dog Team: I have a 3-dog team that we are looking to place in a good home. These are 7-year olds that have been running in our open team since they were yearlings. All run up front and one is an exceptional leader. None of them have ever been injured. I would love for a junior musher or smaller kennel to get these very special dogs. MAX.....a great dog for a Jr. sprint team....Out of Egill Ellis's great stud "Mike"...Friendly, mostly house broken...loves to be inside....in fact, when it is cold he needs to be able to cuddle on the couch. Neutered Male, UTD with all vaccines. No problems with other dogs but likes cats a bit too much. Easy keeper and would make a Jr. a very good dog....I believe that Max is around 6-7 but am not sure. Zither - littermate to Wilbur. Zither i a team dog. Would be nice to send these two dogs together to the same home. Zither runs best one up from wheel. Can be a little shy with men but warms fast.
Probe - 10 yr old, intact male, team dog. Will run lead for short periods. Probe is a little shy naturally and just retired last year from racing. He's in GREAT shape and still is an amazing athlete.

I have a three dog team including leader available for a new home. The lady I gave them to has been told by her doctor her back is too injured to run them so she is bringing them back. They have raced every year and are Iten, Jonrowe, Hayishedia dogs. One large strong male, one very solid smaller female, one good sized female leader. Two are 8 years old and not sure on the leader maybe 8 or 9. They are having a hard time keeping up with the faster dogs and would be the backbone of great recreational team. They are all friendly dogs accustomed to kids. Will send photos to anyone interested.
