TIPS:

    1. Wash ganglines occasionally with mild soap solution& dry.
    2. Store away from exposure to sun & rain.
    3. Use old brass clips for necklines.
    4. Avoid abrasion points on sled rigging.
    5. Avoid knots, strength can be reduced by up to 50%.
    6. Inspect cable for rusting, fraying or slippage every season.
    7. Replace every 1-3 years depending on use and storage.
    8. Train dogs not to chew on lines.
    9. Inspect ropes/watch for:
      • Cuts, abrasions or fused surface yarns.
      • Kinks
      • Severe filament or fiber breakage.
      • Brittleness, discoloration or roughness.
