Treasurer’s Report
Ron announced that the club meeting was open until 7:30pm for voters.

Races
Ron announced Easter Fun Run on Saturday, April 1. The rules of the race: 4-dog max and 2-dog min 2 miles Easter eggs are the entry fee
10:30am start time

Political Action
Diane gave a Title 21 update, covering the resolution to pull. Ron encouraged everyone to vote in the April 4 municipal election. Lexi reported on the Mt. Baldy land swap (Proposition 5) and that it wasn’t complete on the ballot.

Grants
Ron announced that the club had received the $5,500 grant from Parks & Rec.

Clubhouse
Ron announced that the plaque for the stained glass logo was now complete.

Miscellaneous
Ron reported his research on club patches. He investigated Arctic Promotions. Diane suggested a supplier on the web and someone else suggested Alaska Serigraphics. Research will continue on the patches and pins.

Ron reported that the new training tower stairs were complete.

Ron requested that the club continue to work on trail signage.

Andy Larson – 1 year (filling seat of Ellie Claus who resigned board position)

By-Laws
The revised by-laws were reviewed. Lexi moved that the wording be changed in Article V, Section 1 to correct the awkwardness. Kelly Wright seconded the motion. The new wording is attached in the revised by-laws.

The next board meeting will be Wednesday, April 12th at 7pm at the clubhouse.
