Old Business

The fundraiser dog food sale will be January 7th. At least half of the food is already spoken for.

New Business

Bill needs help with trail groomer repairs. All three machines are currently broken. Bill has bee footing the bill for repairs for the past 15 years. The current repairs will be about $1200. The club voted to reimburse $1000 of the cost of repairs.

Ken Ford was looking for volunteers to help finish up the work for ASDRA races during the first two weekends in January.

Jerry said he might be able to commit to January 7 and 8 to race marshal the Junior Classic races.

A phone tree has been established for the Classic weekend. Jackie mailed out 50 requests to businesses for the Businessperson’s race.

The club discussed where to hold the Classic banquet. Dixie will check with Soupy’s and JD’s. Ron will check with Chepo’s and Rex will check with Bella Vista.

Next Meeting

The next general meeting is Wednesday, January 4th at 7pm at the clubhouse. The education program “Rehabilitation and Recovery” will begin at 7:30pm. A board meeting will begin at 6pm.
