Posted 11/23/12 - The new Beach Lake Trails maps have been put together with the help of Aerometric. We are at the draft "need comments" stage. The intent of the project is to produce a new large "clubhouse map" of the trail system and then separate maps designed to be printed at 8 1/2 x 11 of the whole trail system (with or without image background), the trails suitable for early fall training, and each of the 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 and 20 mile trail systems. We need a decision on whether or not to include the JBER trails (currently closed), colors, line widths, annotation, etc. We would like your comments on or before December 10th 2012. Race Entry Fee Changes |

Posted 11/21/12 - The entry fees for each senior points race will be pooled and divided on race day using the following formula for purses:
- Open Class...............50%
- 6 dog.......................30%
- 4 dog........................20%
Purebred 5 dog class would be included in the 6 dog class for entry fees and purse payout and the 8 dog purebred included in the open class for entry fees and purse payout.
Each class will pay out up to 5 places. CDMA requires a minimum of 3 entries in a given class on race day for the race to run as scheduled.
Entry fees for senior points races:
- 4 dogs.................$12.00
- 6 dogs.................$22.00
- Open....................$32.00

Eagle River Classic
Classes
- 4 dog...................$22.00 (40% purse distribution)
- 6 dog...................$32.00 (60% purse distribution)
ER Classic (open)
- $42.00 ($3,000 purse budgeted)
The Classic open pays out to 10 places. Note: race entries for the ER Classic Weekend will be accepted on race day with a $10 late fee.
