Junior/Senior Night Race​

Beach Lake Sled Dog Trails: 2-mile loop ​

Registration / Entry Fee:  
  • Seniors:  $10.00
  • Juniors:  Free with membership
  • Online registration and payment  closes Wednesday, Dec. 25, at 6:00 pm. 
  • Bib numbers  will be assigned by order of registration.

Race Classes
Juniors:  
  • ​Two-dog:  ages 8-9 
  • Three-dog:  ages 10-17 
Seniors:
  • Three-dog:  ages 18+

Entry Requirements  
  • Both Juniors and Seniors must be members of Chugiak Dog Mushers Association in order  to race. Click here to renew your membership. 
  • ​HEADLAMPS ARE REQUIRED
  • Helmets are required for all Junior members

​Race Schedule
  • 6:00 pm - All participants must be checked in 
  • 6:30 pm - Race Start with 2 minute interval between racers
  • Race Order:
    • ​3-dog Senior class goes out first
    • 3-dog Junior class starts 10 minutes after completion of Senior class
    • 2-dog Junior class follows immediately after completion of 3-dog Junior class

HEALTH ADVISORY

Help keep our trails and facilities free of contagious diseases for dogs and humans.
  • Do not train or race on CDMA trails if you or your dogs are sick
  • Always clean up after your dogs in the staging area.
We are happy to refund your entry fee if you or your dogs are sick on race day.
