2-day Championship Race

Minimum $2000 Purse
CLASSES and ENTRY FEES (Age 18+ except Canicross)
  • Canicross
    • 1-dog Senior $29
    • 1-dog Junior (ages 12-17) FREE to Jr members
    • Separate classes for Male and Female
  • 4-dog rig $38
  • 1-dog bikejor $29
  • 1-dog scooter $29
  • 2-dog bikejor $32
  • 2-dog scooter $32


DIVISIONS
Each class has 3 divisions. Please select your division when registering. 
  • Registered breed:  All dogs in team must be AKC registered breeds. ISDRA does not recognize ILP or PAL registrations. Must produce papers when asked. Any team that is not made up of all registered breed dogs can compete in All-breed if they feel they are competitive, or Sport, if they would rather have less pressure or know they are not as fast.
  • Sport:  ​This group is generally those teams who are not as competitive and may include beginners just getting started (usually less pressure in this group).
  • ​All Breed:  Typically this division contains the more competitive or "pro" sprint teams.​
RACE SCHEDULE
Friday
  • 7 pm - Drawing for position (CDMA clubhouse)
Saturday
  • 8:00 - 8:30 am Check in for Bikejor and Scooter
  • 8:45 am Safety Meeting for Bikejor and Scooter​
  • 9:00 am Race start for Bikejor and Scooter
  • 10:00 am Check in for Rig and Canicross 
  • Safety Meeting for Rig and Canicross prior to those events

​Classes will go out in the following order:
  • 1-dog bikejor
  • 1-dog scooter
  • 2-dog bikejor
  • 2-dog scooter
  • 4-dog rig
  • Canicross (mass start)​​
AWARDS
  • ​Prize money to top 15 in each class​
Two minute intervals between racers (wheeled classes).
Ten minutes between all classes.
All classes will use the 2-mile trail.
ISDRA and CDMA race rules will be enforced.

NOTE:  In a Dryland event, any dog may race in a maximum of two classes on the same day (maximum 2 heats per day) if the total lengths do not exceed 7.5 miles.

INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF SLEDDOG SPORTS (IFSS)
​The bikejor and scooter races are IFSS Accredited for the 2024-2025 season.
It is one of 10 selected events in the US that will allow competitors with an active DID (Driver Identification number) to accumulate points toward Continental and World Cup placings.
